"We stayed at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy for our last two days in Bangkok, and it was a great choice for our family of four (two adults and two 11-year-olds). The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for a family. There was plenty of space, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and truly service-minded, always willing to help. The location is convenient, close to public transportation, high-end malls, and surrounded by an international crowd. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a small alley, which can sometimes feel a bit unsafe due to Bangkok’s fast and busy traffic. Overall, it’s a very comfortable, family-friendly hotel and we would still highly recommend it."

"Lovely to have a variety of foods freshly cooked for you, the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The hotel were very kind and gave us some flowers and a cake to celebrate our honeymoon. The pool area is a little small considering how many people stay at the hotel, but it is usually not too busy. Very convenient for transport as both the SkyTrain and underground are only a 10 minute walk I would stay here again."

"The staff were amazing and polite. Cant fault this property for anything. We had the junior suite and it was clean and spacious. Bathroom was big, only downside was the rainfall showerhead didnt work but no big deal as rhd handheld one was more than sufficient. Location was great, 10 min walk from terminal 21. Its also close to the highway which means less waiting in traffic. Busy area lots going on but the rooms are quiet so no issue there. Attached restaurant does amazing food!!"
