"Enjoyed Once Again, the security of the area, the location of the Hotel and the Monsoon Restaurant, off the Lobby. So convenient to everything necessary but not a hassle if visiting a Shopping Mall is on the agenda. Night life and the crowd is conveniently a Tuk Tuk ride away. "This hotel is older. I first stayed there in 2002 and chose to return as it is familiar, near to BST station and with lots of nearby convenience shops. The room was large and clean, the beds comfy and good aircon. There was a mix up with booking for breakfast being only for one person yet the room for 2 persons but this was rectified. It feels safe here and the staff although busy are friendly."
"I stayed there for over a week and really liked it. To be honest, it wasn't my first choice, but I booked it last minute because of its proximity to a facility I was visiting. Despite my initial hesitation, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
First of all, it's much more affordable than other hotels in the area. I stayed in the new tower, which was clean and well maintained. Room service was excellent, and I was especially impressed by how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Every encounter was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to help.
While there aren't many in-house dining options, the area is surrounded by restaurants, so I didn't really miss it. The location is also convenient, close to a subway station with easy access to taxis and rideshares.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable but good-quality option."
