"Staff were extremely nice and helpful and room makeup service was quite good. The security guard and cafe barista were also very sweet/kind. It does seem as though the property has some humidity issues as there was black mould on the walls and bathroom of our room. Also our room was on the 2nd floor and the hotel doesn't implement "quiet times" so it got pretty loud even in the middle of the night from other hotel guests (reasonable since front desk is open 24/7). Overall we had a lovely 11...

"I love how cozy and clean this place is! At first, it was a little confusing on where it is, you have to literally go to one of the empty lot, straight to the elevator then go up XD The room was clean and cozy, the staff was helpful and everything you need is within walking distance. Will definitely book again!"
