The breakfast is excellent. The staff are polite and very courteous in attending to you. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The gym is small and limited. The swimming pool is under renovations.

Amazing hotel, perfect staff and great food. All of the staff were very friendly, Jan and her colleagues were very nice to speak with at check out. Very peaceful and will recommend to family and friends visiting Thailand.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lebua and the staff were simply wonderful and very helpful. However, I was here on business and although they have what looks to be a decent business center, it was not open and I don't believe they plan on opening it anytime soon, if ever. I had a number of things I needed to print out for business purposes and it was not convenient to have to email my documents to the staff to print them for me. The lobby of the building stinks of sewage and is a big downside that, in my opinion, prevents this hotel from being a top level place. The Sky Bar is incredibly expensive and not good for meeting colleagues for drinks unless you are willing to spend several hundred dollars. Breakfast was quite good.

"The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. ..."
