"Building could use updating, lock on room door didn"t hardly work. Staff was very nice."

"I stayed here for one night after leaving Disney, and overall it was a decent experience. I primarily chose this hotel because of the airport transportation, which worked out well with no issues. The staff were very friendly they even held our bags until check-in, which was really helpful. They also gave us several recommendations for places within walking distance. The African-American woman at the front desk around 6 PM stood out in particular—she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to things to do in the area. Breakfast was fair, about what others have described. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but I didn’t experience any major cleanliness issues or uncomfortable conditions. It served its purpose well for a one-night stay."

"We were beyond happy with our stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa. All of the staff are amazing, super helpful and accommodating, which made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was clean, they also provided starters and additional supplies, so it was so convenient. We also enjoyed the pools, it was relaxing! Very happy with we stayed at this hotel! We’ll be staying here again if we ever come back to Orlando."

"This hotel was an embarrassment for me. I booked it for a one night stay in Orlando since we couldn't check into our Rental until the next day. The rooms had an odor and there were gnats. I booked several rooms for my family and they were not happy. We arrived late in the evening/ early morning so finding something different was not an option, we had too many kids. The staff was very friendly. "
