  • Perfect for couples as well as larger families. This comfortable Holiday Home is situated close to Rock beach and just under a mile to Porthilly Cove, the sheltered beach on the Camel estuary.

    Equipped to a very high standard throughout, with ample driveway parking gardens with a stream running through at the bottom, views over open countryside to rear from the fantastic garden room.

well appointed home in good location

A large bungalow with4 bedroom one ensuite plus large family bathroom. Good quality bedlinen. Comfortable sitting room and dining room opening into conservatory with all round patio doors to patio outside table and BBQ. Kitchen was very well equipped. parking for 3 cars behind each other. Quiet area with easy access to Rock and Polzeath and by ferry to Padstow, only downside is that childrens bunk room is away from other bedrooms, fine for teenagers but small children might feel nervous. Also I think no warning given about stream at bottom of garden
