"Housekeeping does come unless you make a request. We asked for clean towels because we were out and if they could pock up the dirty ones. Told it would be about 25 to 28 minutes, after two hours still no towels, they did finally bring clean ones but didn't pick up the dirty ones. The monorail broke down countless times. Got our 20,000 steps in daily due to the tram down. It was not as nice as most Hiltons."

"We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse vacation home. The garage full of beach supplies adds so much value and convenience to your stay. The beds are very comfortable. The pullout bed is easy to set up. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the coffee bar setup every morning. The home is located in the Waikoloa Beach resort, so lots of nearby amenities and restaurants. The house comes stocked with everything you may need for your stay. What a great home base to explore the beautiful island. Thank you!"
