Welcome to your serene oceanfront escape in Ma’alaea, where the shoreline is just 50 steps from your private lanai. This ground-floor condo offers the rare comfort of central air conditioning and breathtaking sunrise views over Haleakala, creating the perfect Maui getaway.

Step from your living room directly onto a sprawling lawn that leads to the pool and the ocean`s edge. It`s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while watching for turtles or migrating whales in season.

LIVING & DINING:
Relax in the bright, updated living room with ocean views right from the comfortable sofa, which also converts to a double bed. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV after a day of exploring. A dedicated workspace is also available for those needing to stay connected.

The fully stocked kitchen features full-size appliances, cookware, and plenty of counter space for preparing everything from tropical smoothies to a full island dinner. Enjoy your meals at the indoor dining table or on the lanai, accompanied by fresh Maui breezes.

BEDROOMS & BATHS:
Master Suite: Wake up to the sound of waves and a direct view of the Pacific from a plush king-sized bed. An ensuite bathroom is attached for privacy and convenience.

Second Bedroom: This quiet retreat features a comfortable queen-sized bed and an adjacent full bathroom, perfect for unwinding.

Additional Sleeping: The living room sofa converts to a double bed. For those traveling with little ones, a crib/Pack `n Play is also available.

Your lanai is the gateway to incredible shared amenities designed for relaxation and fun.

Pool & Lawn: Enjoy direct access to the shared swimming pool and expansive oceanfront lawn with sun lounger chairs.

Oceanfront Lounging: Recline in lounge chairs overlooking the water to watch surfers at the famous `Freight Trains` break, spot sea turtles, or simply enjoy the view.

Outdoor Kitchen & Shower: Take advantage of the shared oceanfront BBQ grills in the outdoor kitchen area, and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a swim.

You will have full, private access to the entire condo during your stay, plus free access to all resort amenities.

Self Check-In: Easy arrival with a smart keypad. Your code will be provided before check-in.

Parking: One reserved parking spot is located directly outside the unit with additional street side parking if needed

Accessibility: This is a first-floor, walk-in unit access is easy and convenient. An elevator is available in the building if needed for access to laundry.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Our condo is centrally located in a scenic and highly walkable area. A short stroll takes you to Haycraft Beach Park for sandy shores, or to a variety of local dining options, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors. The shoreline right in front of the complex is a fantastic spot for watching turtles and, in season, the majestic humpback whales.

GETTING AROUND:
With a reserved parking spot included, you have the perfect home base for exploring the island. The central Maui location offers easy driving access to popular destinations like Lahaina and Kihei, as well as a convenient route to and from the airport (OGG).

HOUSE RULES:
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, we ask that you observe the following complex-wide rules:
➤ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
➤ Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
➤ No pets are allowed.
➤ Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the lanai.
➤ The minimum age to rent is 21.

Short getaway

This short getaway was a beautiful place to enjoy the peace of the ocean and watch whales. It was perfectly located in between towns. We hated to leave this place. The unit has everything you need and we can’t Thank you enough for letting us stay here in your home.

Little slice of heaven

This was the most amazing vacation we've ever taken and this condo was exactly what my kids and I needed for our home away from home. It was perfect and had all of the little extras that we could possibly need!! We were able to walk out our back door straight to the pool or sit on the lounge chairs by the ocean. It was incredible and we can't wait to stay again! Thanks so much, Taylor!!

Super nice place and super clean . Beds were really cozy. Lots of extras for the beach which was nice . I wish more places were this nice and clean ! Other places could definitely learn from this rental . We personally loved the location as it was much more peaceful than staying in Kihei.We also loved the pool being right out the door. We will 100 % rent again .

Safe, Fun and Easy!

Great location, next to tiled pool (Hrs 9-9), at ocean edge with massive turtles feeding. Huge lawn area. Minimal amenities in unit with no in unit laundry(Clean laundry available on 3rd floor). Basic kitchen equipment.(Drawers and counters needed cleaning) Hot pads, towels, floor mats needed laundering. Easy to contact owner/manager. Will stay again! Mahalo.

The Perfect Place!!

Well pleased with this condo!! Clean, quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the towns, but centrally located to everything. Communication with the owner was great! We were able to extend our stay while we waited for our flight to depart which usually isn’t the case when things are booked. Perfect place to go and relax. Steps away from the ocean. The kids loved the pool after a day at the beach and exploring, seeing the crabs and turtles in the water, seeing whales in the distance. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo Taylor!!!

Great Location

We loved our stay at this property. The rental was clean and had everything that was needed. We thought the location was central to exploring all parts of the island. We liked that it was quieter and less busy than the rest of the island. There were some restaurants, shops, and ice cream within walking distance. It was amazing to have the ocean right outside our room! The beds were comfortable and the property managers answered our questions promptly. It was a great trip!

Owners are committed and responsive. Condo reflects updating and minimalist decor that is comfortable and pleasant. Very close, adjacent, to pool. Lanai is a treat morning, noon and evening. Condo community is friendly and helpful. Central location is terrific. Welcoming tropical flower bouquet, coffee and treats.

Maui family vacation

Everything was easy perfect smooth would definitely use againI wish it was explained that the unit did not have in unit laundry. Use the community laundry and it was great.Got told by the HOA to keep it down while my children were playing in the pool at 7pm. They were just being children was no big deal.

Excellent communication with property manager. Everything as described. Really appreciated the extras including beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear available at condo.Kitchen could use a few more items (large pot, pitcher) . Friendly neighbors, short walk to the beach. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance for dinner but a short drive and easy access to the bus. Beautiful!

Maalaea Kai 109 is amazing! Such a wonderful property. The grounds are beautiful with everything you need to relax and rejuvenate. The property owners were amazing and very responsive to any questions we had. We didn’t have many questions because everything was ready for us when we arrived. This unit is updated and has everything you might need to enjoy and relax. Perfect space for a family of 4! I have traveled many times to Maui and stayed at some pretty nice places but the beds at this property have been the best by far! Very comfortable! We are blessed to have found this place! Aloha!

Outstanding location!

I’ve read reviews that comment on how windy it is in this area. I didn’t think it was any windier than can normally be expected on an ocean. And the location is super convenient, situated between Kahului and Kihei. The public spaces are beautiful and the convenience of being able to walk right out your door to the pool and ocean-side can’t be beat. If I were to make any suggestions at all, I would suggest that the owner add at least one side chair and some artwork. It’s pretty sterile and there is not enough seating for four people in the living room. I would also suggest putting in a curved shower curtain in the master bathroom.

Home Away from Home

We stayed here Nov 8-14th and this little sweet condo was Home away from Home in Maui. The location is right next to the Maalaea Harbor and had a beautiful ocean and island Mountain Views with absolutely stunning sunrises. There is a nice little walk to a nearby beach. The location was a bit away from the shops, restaurants, and other accessible beautiful beaches in Kehei but the views and home feeling made up for all that. Besides it’s a nice drive anywhere on Maui. We’d like to thank the owner as the condo had a lot of great beach accessories many use for vacations such as beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, boogie boards, towels, and a small ice chest! Also the kitchen has basic necessities as well. Absolutely amazing!! Thank you for a great stay as we made the best memories. We’ll definitely be back!

Comfortable and convenient

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Even included plenty of items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles, boogie boards and snorkeling gear) The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets. There was even laundry pods and dishwasher pods available to use! The condo is perfectly located where it is not too far from airport or stores but far enough that you get away from the busy areas. One of the perks is that it has A/C which I tried to turn off when we left since I know how pricey electricity is in Hawaii. The only thing I felt that it needed was a booklet that included information about check-out, location of key for pool, code for laundry, etc. I am sure I could of messaged the owner but my parents were staying in another condo and had all the info. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place to Relax and be Inspired

Loved staying at this condo at Ma'alaea Kai! It is away from the tourist hussle and bustle of Kihei but still centrally located so everything you could want is just a short car ride away. It was super clean!! The beds were sooo comfortable. Even the sleeper sofa was great! Air conditioner was awesome since we visited Maui during the last week of July. The owner added special little touches that made staying there the perfect place for our family (flowers and chocolates, cooking spices in the cabinet, pods for the dishwasher and laundry, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, pool noodles, just to name a few.) We couldn't get enough of the outdoor fun and paid for it with sunburns. Taylor rescued us wth aloe vera well stocked in both bathrooms! The pool is right in front of sliding doors and the beautiful sandy beach is a short walk away at the end of the street. Best of all was seeing the sea turtles everyday around lunch time! The kind neighbrs that live at the complex said we should come back in December-March to check out the whales. Thank you, Taylor, for making our dream vacation a reality!

Great place with perfect view!

We loved staying here! We enjoyed the ocean view while having the conveniece of the pool right outside our patio. This place had everything we needed fully stocked. This gem is close to some great restaurants and I mean walking distance! We found beach access close by which was a great surprise. The unit had towels, chairs, floats and everything we needed. I absolutely recommend staying here!
