Newly fully renovated two bedroom cottage. Tranquil quiet country setting, overlooking farm land and orchard trees. Master has a queen bed, second room has two king singles. Two toilets. Modern kitchen, with facilities to cook meals. microwave, airfryer, toasted sandwich maker, toaster, pots and fry pans provided. Tea coffee, milk, a loaf of bread, and condiments supplied. Wireless internet with smart TV. Heat pump for heating and cooling. Close to Kaitete falls, Welcome Bay Pools, shopping facilities and beaches. Tranquil and quiet outlook. Pets by arrangement due to livestock close by.

Cosy and quiet
Kims place was perfect. It was sparkling clean which made a nice change from previous accommodations. Very pretty surroundings and very close to the Beach. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a country stay

Great value family accommodation
A very tidy accommodation option, perfect for a family stay. Only a couple of suggestions - the lack of/limited internet was a bit of a problem (especially with teenagers), as it was difficult to look up info about Mt Maungonui and Tauranga! Would be great to also have some brochures/tourist maps of the area for us visitors 😅. The beautiful big tv and access to Netflix was a real bonus, but only worked on the first night due to internet drop-out. Not a huge issue, but probably something that might put off some visitors. Thanks very much for your friendly welcome and lovely hospitality!

Owner went above and beyond
The house was well laid-out and the owner included some extras, like milk, bread, and some delicious pears grown on the property. Location is a bit out of the way, but very serene. Only complaint was that the hot water ran out very quickly. Showers were an adventure.

Fantastic Stay
We are well traveled Kiwis, and we previously owned an B&B ourselves. We booked the stay because we visited family who lives in the area. That said, Gary and Rita catered for all our needs. The spacious house had everything we needed, for young and old. We loved the peacefulness and the park like surroundings. We could cook a family meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy family time together at the amazing waterfall nearby. Gary sent us off with a bag of figs from the garden. We will definitely book at the Pukeko Inn again. Kindly. Frederick and Annemarie
