Very enjoyable stay. Room 2 was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Bilhal made the experience very straightforward with regular updates and communication. Would recommend.

A classy hotel well located by the Manchester Metropolitan University campus. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is varied and of quality. I would highly recommend this hotel!

8/10 Very good! (298 reviews)
Find a bunch of hair underneath a folded tower. The room is next to a road, car noise and airplane noise is obvious.
Tea and coffee mini bar is well supplied but there is water remain (or freshly prepared?) in the kettle.
Surprisely have a iron board and hair dryer.
Resraurant does not allow outside food. Too many stair case in case you have heavy luggage.

Bathroom size was good and shower was also good. It was too hot and we worked out that was probably because of the indoor pool ..."

"The staffs are helpful! When we asked for a clean towel, they gave us instantaneously. The next evening, a staff member knocked on the door and offered us fresh towels. 5/5 for the staffs."
