"I travelled with my wife and kids and 2 adult family members. The Shinagawa Prince has the best location with the convenient eateries around. There is a small shopping center nearby to keep the kids busy but 7/11 downstairs has to be the best feature of all. Looking forward to returning ! "

"Nice property in nice location. Breakfast buffet in two restaurants is great. Similar fare. Lots of other restaurants throughout hotel and also near more in Shinjuku. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Great hotel !! Staff was very professional and hospitality was at their best They clean room everyday, replenish all that you used. Location wise it’s awesome, It’s very close to the station Iidabashi and suidobashi - hence you have options of taking multiple lines. We used the metro everyday. There is a family mart grocery store right infront of the hotel, makes it even more easy. Onsite restaurant offers buffet, and it’s about 7K yen per adult for dinner, mostly seafood. "

"The one thing that i noticed was that the carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. It don't go with the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel"

"I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here."

"The room was the most spacious we had during our stay in Japan-three beds, but still room to walk around or sit at a table, and even a closet for our suitcases. The view from the 24th floor was amazing, as was the view from the glass elevator. You can walk in 5 minutes to 2 different subway stops without having to use a crosswalk (there are pedestrian bridges). Nearby are lots of dining and entertainment options. Prices are a little higher than we experienced in other parts of Japan and Tokyo, possibly due to being right by a stadium (though still far cheaper than stadium-adjacent restaurants in the U.S.), and there seemed to be several low cost restaurants and izakayas near the Suidobashi Station "
