Senior staff poor interaction with us. Windows had handprints on No clear information at check in. Disorganised staff at breakfast. Anticipating a served breakfast not a buffet’. Saw menu but not out. Luke warm water for tea! Rubbish.

I live by the sea and our town is looked after by it’s residents who keep it clean and well respected. I was shocked by the amount of litter and tabs left around the property. Staff outside smoking !!!!!!
