love the place. excellent staff

The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations for electronic vehicles in short walking distance.

am writing to share some thoughts on our recent stay at your lovely hotel. First and foremost, I must say that the location of your hotel is absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient for getting around. It certainly made our travel experience much smoother. Additionally, the breakfast you offer is delightful, with a great variety to choose from, and we particularly appreciated the provision of filtered water. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, and this was certainly one of them. However, there is one suggestion I would like to make to further enhance the guest experience. It would be incredibly convenient to have a small fridge in the room. This would allow guests to store condiments and other perishables that they might have bought previously. Great location close to station. Easily walkable to the main parts of the city. Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Coffee available (free) & cold water in reception. Would definately recommend.

This Hilton has seen better days. Wear and tear here and there clearly visible. Restaurant dining without any ambiente. Bar should stay open till midnight. There was a day when it closed at 10pm.Breakfast options barely average. Very limited options for cold cuts and cheeses, hallmarks for French cuisine. No sliced bread other than toast. Staff was exceptionally helpful getting the personalized Crit'Air vignette which is mandatory for cars in Strasbourg and a few other cities in France and requires a complicated online application.
