Tucked away in a serene neighborhood, our place is a peaceful oasis just 30 minutes from DC, National Harbor and MGM. Close proximity to military bases (Andrew’s AFB), and hospitals (UMD Regional hospital, Southern MD, La Plata )

The space: airy and elegant decorated with simplistic design to make your stay cozy and welcoming. Large rooms, Walk in closets and two living room areas. Basement is off limit, tenant occupies the basement.

Wild and wonderful

Got to see deers snapping turtle birds butterflies all in the area. The house is nice and comfortable.

Fine but a little incomfortable

The cleanliness of the property was nice. But the tenant that lives in the basement was cooking fish and the whole house smelled like seafood. We also weren’t made aware until day of that the air conditioner wouldn’t go below 70 or it would freeze and shut off. There was also blaring music until about 2 am on the last night we were there. It was fine just usually had better experiences with VRBO.
