I was very uncomfortable with my stay at the hotel because workers who were carrying out repairs on the roof had access to the area outside my room and could see directly into the windows. I was staying in the room at the time, and this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and exposed, as I had no privacy.
I understand that roof repairs may be necessary, but the hotel should ensure that guests’ privacy and safety are protected while such work is being carried out. Guests should be informed in advance and appropriate measures should be taken to prevent workers from looking into occupied rooms.
Unfortunately, this significantly affected my experience and made me feel that my privacy was not respected. I hope the hotel will take this issue seriously and make sure that it does not happen to other guests.

HORRIBLE do not go!!!
They dont take expedia so they will charge you twice and tell you to deal with expedia to get refund. No apologies no accountability no care at all. They bought this hotel from hilton from december 2025 and literally changed nothing the signs on the wall are coming off. We woke up on day 2 no water no electricity. WOW. You can hear everything from the other rooms so thin walls. They do not care about you at they didn’t apologize for the electricity and water loss for couple hours! Imagine a hotel with no water or electricity. Its isolated from everything theres nothing around you need to walk 20 mins for the tube. HORRIBLE HOTEL DO NOT GO.
