"Rooms are spotless clean & comfortable. The Congo Rapids mini golf is fantastic. Pool is OK but in my opinion needs a bit of refresh. Staff at the reception are pleasant & helpful. The restaurant however is a big let down. We had lunch, dinner & breakfast ..the food is just OK, all members of staff look like they are wondering what you are doing there; not unpleasant, just not interested at all. In all fairness though there was one young lady at breakfast time who was friendly and helpful."

"Had a really nice night’s stay with a 3 course meal each at the hotel’s restaurant and we got an upgrade to a balcony room for £15. Friendly staff and lovely luxury hotel with luxury amenities in the room too. Only improvement could be better air conditioning as the room was still quite hot even with fan unit and ceiling fan"
