Very close to shops and a short walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean and everything provided by the host for a perfect stay. We hope to go back again very soon."

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. "This place could be very nice, if maintained properly. However, the lights in the living room did not work, and there was laundry hanging in the living room. We notified the owner, but did not hear back after the initial phone call. The water in the shower did not reach the showerhead, as it was leaking. So we could not shower. The place was dirty, kitchen quite sticky and there were condom wrappers under the bed. Lots of empty bottles and cigarette butts in the yard. Obviously we will not be...

"We really loved this house. It's been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. Its all very functional and easy. The estate agent who manages the house was very easy to deal with, eg when we wanted to stay an extra night. The area has tons to offer (albeit some places are a 40 minute drive). Sutton Hoo just down the road, then Framlingham Castle and Orford Castle, Aldeburgh and Southwold (for any George Orwell fans!). "Stunning views of the river, with boats sailing by. Large garden which goes down to the river with lovely walks. House basic but spacious, with a conservatory. Acess to the house on a rural track. We enjoyed lots of nearby outings."

"This apartment is of the very highest standard. Beautifully decorated, with everything you would ever need! The location is 2 mins walk to the town or beach. Although there is no parking at the property, there was lots of parking 1 min walk away. Highly recommended! "
