"Great hotel and amenities!"

"Staff not present on property when we needed assistance. Heater unit was very load making sleeping difficult. Continental breakfast was slim at best, we ate out for full breakfast. Our door to outside had a gap of about three inches from the knob to the floor letting in much unwanted cool air. Bathroom was nice but very small. Cleaning staff did a good job cleaning and making it tidy. Coffee machine worked well and made good coffee."

"Initially I was given a room where there was already someone in the room. I got it exchange immediately But in the next day someone else tried entering in my room My room was latched from inside so he could not enter but the persons mentioned sorry and left immediately I think some system should be in place to avoid such mistakes"

"Room was clean and staff was extremely helpful. I thought the breakfast buffet was included but apparently it was not. I would not recommend the $20 breakfast buffet."

"The continental breakfast was was above average sausage or bacon, eggs or omelet, pastries, cold cereal waffles, fruit, juice. The beds were comfortable. It appears to be older, but pretty well kept."

"I found this an extremely pleasant hotel from the minute I walked in and met Matt at the front desk. I had a long day of travel and he made the check-in process so easy. My room was probably the nicest room at this price point that I have ever stayed in and I have traveled a lot. I also chatted with Lee at checkout and he was pleasant and helpful too. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I am in Boulder."
