Four additional bedrooms and two further bathrooms including an en-suite with free standing bath and separate shower can be found on the first floor. The rear porch provides further storage for coats and boots. The garden extends to two thirds of an acre, much of which is laid to lawn. To the front of the property, the garden has lawn and borders with shrubs and flowers. The large rear garden has patios and paved paths that surround the house on 3 sides with flower beds, climbers and BBQ. There is also a fenced pond, orchard and woodland area with Wendy House and swing. There is ample parking.
