"Everything about our stay was incredible - cannot say enough great things about this accommodation and the hosts! We were greeted by friendly staff, met with great amenities for the price, and felt safe and taken care of during our stay. The view is spectacular, and the room was perfect for our one-night stay. Clean property, thoughtful additions (like wine glasses with a bottle opener, magazines, soaps, etc) and a light continental breakfast. I'd highly recommend this location for business trips, families, couples, singles, any kind of stay. Since we only stayed the one night, we didn't take advantage of some of the extra amenities like the fire pit, outdoor seating, small pond with paddle boat, or swimming pool - but it was clear that several others did and enjoyed themselves. Will come back here next time with our family and friends!"

"We enjoyed our visit to Galena. Cute town and beautiful area. We had a few issues with our town house. The ice maker did not work and the couches were not very comfortable. This is the very first VRBO that did not provide a hair dryer. The shower upstairs was small and the downstairs bedroom did not have a closet. I would not recommend the unit for older people due to the steep stairs. It was a challenge to haul our suitcases up and down."

"We loved our overnight at this property! It fit our family perfectly-all the rooms and shared spaces were huge! There was plenty of room to sit and eat/be together. Also the outdoor spaces were wonderful. The hot tub was a hit as were the goats! So fun for kids and adults alike!! We'd come back here anytime."

"We stayed over Memorial Day weekend for fishing and visiting family. Easy check in/out. Great communication from host. Cottage was very cozy, comfortable beds, plenty of firewood, variety of kitchen appliances for preparing meals, washer and dryer. Enjoyable sitting porch with lights. Fire pit area very enjoyable, love the swing. All around great stay for our trip. We would love to return this summer for another weekend! Thank you! The Heinlein Family"
