Dear GuestIt was the only bedroom with double bed on top floor we have, as you requested it. If you were unhappy with it we could, move you to the twin room which you originally booked. I am disappointed with this review as you could ask as for another bedroom and you would feel more comfortable. The linen on our bed are always fresh, we are using professional laundry company.

I am sorry that you did not like location where we are placed. However it is out of our hand where there are bus stops or train station placed. It is not like our hotel location is hidden so when you booked room with us you knew that we are in remote location. I feel like this review is unfair as we did everything what we could to accommodate you, I recommended you 2 local pubs for meals within 1 mile radius. Not sure why our property should get such a low score, based only on the fact of the location.

Dear Tom, You were talking to me 1st day when you arrive and 2nd day as well with regards the smell. The pit you referring to, is under control of the garage and as I explained to you that I already spoke to them and ask them to do something about it. They assure me they are in the contact with the company who they have contract with. You were trying to convince me to report them, which i found unfair as not always there are available service providers to deal with something like that within few hours. It was sorted yesterday afternoon. Now if your room was not cleaned or something was concerning you with regards to the service I would imagine that you would mention it when you spoke to me 2nd day and I would sort this matter out. Despite the fact that we clearly advertise that we are not doing daily housekeeping only on request, I would be more happy to change your towels or give you fresh cups. I was in the hotel from 6:30 am as I have to prep breakfast for 7:30, I was helping other guest out with the shower in other bedroom around 7 therefore i was not on reception for maybe 5 min. Yes we are small B&B hotel and we do have one staff member of duty and I acknowledge it is not ideal, but this is only way to keep this business running. We advertise that we do not have night shift and there are reception opening times as well as breakfast times available online, on reception desk and on our guest guides inside the bedrooms. Your invoice has been send to the expedia/hotels com guest email provided with booking.

It is small, family run B&B we can't afford to have staff on duty during the night. We do have person who is sleeping in the hotel in case of emergency. However we are doing self checkins, we have secure box outside for a key if guest will let us know that he is running late. We put all the information about check in times and you can see it before you book a room and it is stated on the conformation after you reserve. Not all Hotels are operating 24h.

I am so sorry that you experience this. We always aiming to give the best customer service to our guest. I was on annual leave when this happen. There should be hot water in the breakfast room turn on, we have a large boiler for this purpose. Pleas accept my sincere apology

Dear Guest, I am so sorry that this situation happened during your stay. Police was not necessary as guest who cause trouble during the night was escorted to the bedroom and family who were part of this fight were not staying in the Hotel that night. That guest was asked to leave the building straight in the morning and he left without having breakfast. It is impossible that you saw in the breakfast room family who had a fight as they did not come back to the hotel for their belongings till 3 pm that day. Wedding guests that day were not related to either a man or family who had a fight. It was unfortunate that everybody came for breakfast at the same time I did what I could to top up every single item so everybody would have choice for their breakfast. I fully understand that you were anxious, but after this fight I was watching live cctv for next 2 h to make sure nothing disturbing is happening. I assure you that if this man would cause any more disturbing I would inform police and get him removed from property. Please accept my sincere apologise for all this situation.
