BEDROOMS: to be edited Bedroom 1 - A large bedroom with a super-king sized bed and private ensuite containing a sink and a shower and storage for clothes.
Bedroom 2 - to be edited This bedroom has a small double bed, storage for clothes and great natural lighting. It is in close proximity to the toilet on the first floor.
Bedroom 3 - to be edited The only bedroom on the second floor, equipped with a double bed, modern ensuite and designated workplace for guests.
LIVING AREAS: The house benefits from a large living space with two double sofas, large SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
DINING AREAS: The dining room is well equipped with a 6 seater dining table, so plenty of space for meals together. There is also a TV, and can walk in from the living room.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: to confirm In the kitchen there is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle & washer dryer - perfect for all your cooking needs.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS: to be edited
The property includes a large bathroom on floor one which has a toilet, bath & shower. There are also two en-suites/shower rooms in bedroom 1 & 3 which include a shower and sink.
PARKING: The property benefits from FREE Parking on the drive, you can also watch our video guides to find parking on nearby streets. If you require parking for more than one vehicle, please let us know and we can arrange a visitor permit for you.

*No Smoking Indoors: £500 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £500 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights Additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.
*Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
