"Shelby was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had an issue with ants because we had our dog’s food dish with uneaten dogfood in it. Shelby took care of that issue promptly. I only mention this so that others don’t leave any kind of food out. "

The only issue was that the cleanliness of the room was abysmal; there were socks, toys, and clothes hangers lying around, and the corners of the bathroom were very dirty—full of hair and crumpled papers. The sofas had stains and cookie crumbs on them, and the heavy bedsheet also looked used—as if it hadn't been changed."

"The building overall was clean and well maintained. Staff was all very friendly! Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits / gravy, hash browns and then the basic cereal, toast and muffins. Location was good, and easy to get onto the interstate"

"The accommodations were in excellent condition and newly remodeled. Considering it was right if of the interstate it was very quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice with cold and warm breakfast options. If you’re going to the Ark Encounter it’s four minutes down the road. A great and affordable place to stay."

"Food for both dinner and breakfast was great. was unable to print out boarding passes on my own but the front desk did it for me."

"Room was clean but smelled musty . Beds were comfortable . Didn’t like how far I had to walk from my parking (only spot was in the back ) to front of building to check in and then they wanted me to walk back to my car to put a parking pass on it. Easy checkout . Microwave would have been nice to have in room"
