Warwick-on-Eden Holidays

Great staff, lovely hotel. Lovely rooms. Very good breakfast. Nice bar. My only criticism - having stayed there a few times - is that all the rooms I've had there feature the WORLD'S SMALLEST SHOWER! Anyhow, the nice lady at reception tells me they're due for a refurb, so that's cool. Would recommend, will definitely stay there again.

I had the most amazing room and the space in these rooms makes it feel like an apartment rather than a a hotel room. It was peaceful. For me the dim lighting around the wardrobe and corridor made it difficult and I had to use my phone light when selecting clothing . The bed had a musky smell. The linen was clean but the pillows had a strong musky smell . The bathroom was fitted our well but you could tell it needed a refresh . I loved the kitchen facilities and this was all very modern and clean. Hot breakfast came in a box that was kept on hotplates, so it wasn't great with limited choice. However there was a good selection of crossants, fruit snack bars and branded smoothies. Coffee was good and you had a choice of alternative milks. The staff were attentive and friendly. This hotel does need a refresh. The rooms need to be steam cleaned to remove the musty smell.
