"Our first room wasn’t great. The air conditioning didn’t cool properly, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the streaming function didn’t work on the tvs in our building. However, due to these issues, they moved us to a room where all of these things worked! The room and bathroom were spacious and the room was quiet. The fabric chair with a seat cushion could have used some vacuuming as there were crumbs under the cushion. But all in all, I really enjoyed the room and hotel. The staff were all very friendly - in particular, the valets and the maintenance crew. There is no better hotel to stay in when going to a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. I was back in my hotel before most people could make it to their car! "

"Myself, Husband & kids (7&3) stayed in a Suite with/ a pullout couch bed & a King Size bed. The room was perfect size for our family. The high ceilings were pretty and ascetically pleasing. I did like how you could close off the "Master Bedroom". I enjoyed the complementary breakfast, it had plenty of options for my family and picky children. It was neat that they had a snack/beverage complimentary from 5:30-7:30pm, the snacks weren't the best, but the drinks were great. We enjoyed the Valet service, wonderful Valet staff; however, I wish they wouldn't charge such a large amount because we didn't have a choice but to do valet parking or we would have to park in a garage down the street in a public parking area. The valet service was 10/10. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast area was always dirty & had waffle batter all over the floor. In our room, it needed to be cleaned better. It was very dusty, the floors & carpet did not seem like they had been vacuumed or floors mopped. Our bedroom curtains were very hard to open & when we did, they were nasty on the bottom. Location was great for the Gateway Arch & Busch Stadium; not to mention a Dollar General was right across the street, which was convenient. We did feel safe in the area, crime wise. The staff starting at the front desk to the eating area were always nice & professional. The pool was great but VERY humid & hard to enjoy. Last complaint was the smell of Marijuana throughout the hall."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was perfect for our needs. If you're visiting the City Museum this is the pace to stay. Quick walk around the corner and an incomparable view of the museum out of huge windows. The living area is large and open, fantastic for the kids to play. We will defiantly come and stay again!"
