"We loved this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff from driver to reception and everybody we met along the way is greeting us. It has a spacious bathroom, with separate bath tub and shower room and comfortable bed and a balcony fronting the pool. The bath tub has remote control for the glass wall. Free transfers from and to airport and free transfers during the day with vintage car and golf cart at night to night market and Mekong river, very convinient. Efficient front desk when we checked in. He informed us everything we need to know and the bell boy who showed us the amenities and everything inside the room. Highly recommended and we’re staying here again when we get back. "

"The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. They had a morning market right in front of the hotel. Then it was just steps away from the night market. Where we ate/got food every night. The hotel breakfast was good. This area is filled with a lot of culture and temples. They provide you with water bottles every day. The water gets hot."

"I had a river side room, 3 nights! Room size small but Ok for 1 person. Clean, toilet clean and hygienic. Breakfast good with Veg/Vegan options. Recommended"

"I gave this hotel 5 stars, mainly because the woman who managed the place. I booked this on hotels.com, and there are many amenities listed that do not exist. There is no bar, even though there is a menu in the room advertising beer for sale. I also saw no bikes for use, and the airport transportation was the manager arranging a taxi for you. That being said, the room was good, and the ac was nice. The breakfast was delicious. The location was great! The morning market was right out the gate, and the night market was right down the street. The manager saved us lots of money by arranging transportation and alternatives to the tours to see some of the sites. They also had inexpensive laundry service."
