  • Gracious living in this 3000 sq ft, 6 bedroom home with heated outdoor gunite pool (pool open from Friday of Memorial day to September 30th) and separate pool house. Nestled on a hill in the treetops this completely renovated home (renovated kitchen, carrara marble counters and renovated master bath/steam room) is perfect for summer getaways right in the center of the hamptons, Water Mill, which is in the town of Southampton. Room for everyone, multiple entertaining spaces, wonderful decks both in the pool area and upstairs, magnificently landscaped private grounds. Conveniently located to everything in the Hamptons.

    Peloton Bike+ in Pool House with toe pedal cages so no need to bring your own bike shoes, also with swivel screen so you can also take yoga/pilates/strength classes as a group.
