"Lovely well appointed room. We stayed in the Parc room. Tastefully decorated with nice views of the mountains surrounding this small Welsh town nestled in beautiful mountainous countryside. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to Callum for his help. My husband sings with the world famous Treorchy Male Choir which hadca Christmas concert that evening. We decided to stay so that we could enjoy the choir's "afterglow". Excellent stay, excellent evening. "

"We stayed at Lanelay Hall on 07 December and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hall looked beautiful with its festive Christmas decorations, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our Deluxe King room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was equally immaculate. A lovely touch was the welcome card and petite fours, which made us feel valued as returning guests. After settling in, we enjoyed some time in the bar/lounge. It’s a relaxed setting with stylish décor and an inviting fireplace – perfect for unwinding. There was a good range of drinks at reasonable prices, and the service was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant was a highlight. Despite being very busy, we were seated promptly and the food was outstanding, just as we remembered. After a few more drinks, we headed back to our room for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Lanelay Hall offers a wonderful combination of comfort, great service, and excellent dining. We look forward to returning again soon."

"Easy check in service available by email, staff are very friendly. I had a good room that looks fresh and upto date and the bed was really comfortable, i normally find beds a problem but this was a good one. I have stayed here before when on business and would highly recommend."

"When we arrived there was a rugby match being shown in the lounge area on the televisions. There was a very noisy crowd which made it difficult to hear the reception staff. The bedroom was on the second floor above the noisy lounge and when the rugby finished a very loud live band started playing which we could hear in our room. The bedroom was very large and well decorated, the ensuite was clean and the towels were big and fluffy. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful but when the scrambled egg bowl was empty I asked twice when it would be refilled,there was only white or brown sliced bread no croissants or other bread. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. "
