Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch

"Over all, our stay was fine. Staff was very kind. We visited for an event that took place in one of the 2nd floor ballrooms where I was a vendor. The food served for us at breakfast was delicious. However, one of the first things that happened to me upon getting to our room was my mother coming out from the bathroom and going, "Uh, someone pooped in our shower?". Turns out, it was just a very convincing rust spot, so I'm glad we didn't complain and look completely foolish, but still. The beds were comfortable though, and the water ran quite hot. The halls are a bit of a twist-and-turn to navigate and we were on the side of the building facing the MLK Bridge, which is a nice view. You are, however, literally right next to the Arch. All you have to do is step outside on Chestnut street and look to your left. The bar and common areas downstairs were nicely furnished; I spent some time with my laptop down there while my travel companions turned in early. Interesting spot to people watch. They also have a designated area for DoorDashers and other delivery folks to leave items, but I was usually waiting for them right at the door. My only complaint is that parking is far too high! We parked down the street a bit instead, and other than our GPS leading us on the longest route back to the hotel imaginable, we saved at least $50 on our two night stay, and the garage was perfectly walkable, even with our luggage and vending supplies."

"The lady that checked me in, I believe her name was Ollie was so sweet and made me feel welcomed. It was me and my husband 3 year wedding anniversary and they waived our parking ramp fee. The first room we were in was really warm but the front desk moved us in a different room right away, which made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Being in St.Louis was so fun and the view from the hotel, was something I’ve never experienced before. I would definitely stay at the Drury again."

"The property is clean inside and out and well maintained. Room decor is not to our tastes, but it looks very nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good - better than most hotels in this price range. Only complaint was the shade over the window did not go all the way down. I checked and the shade was not adjustable. There was a shear shade that was adjustable and could be closed to cover entire window. This allowed a fair amount of light in making the room a tad light for sleeping. Regardless, we will book this hotel again."

"This was the perfect spot to stay for the weekend. Came up for the Hockey game and wanted a unique experience of downtown STL while also feeling safe. The staff is extremely welcoming and the overall feel is not overwhelming, it’s super clean, and being right next Busch Ballpark is awesome with great views. Parking deck is tight but easy to access. Cannot wait to go back during a baseball game and stay here."

"Have stayed multiple times. Clean rooms, kind and helpful staff, and they always have fresh water available in the lobby. It may seem small, but I hate having to hunt and pay for water when staying at hotels."
