"There is literally nothing that I can fault this place on its absolutely perfect. The staff were amazing, the hotel was spotless and the location was really good. We kept going to other local restaurants for food and regretted it every time because the fiod was much better at the hotel."

"What an amazing hotel !!! From the moment I checked in till the time I checked out , I was treated like royalty !! The staff was the high light of the stay . They were all kind , helpful and very professional ! I was greeted with a smile every time I head out for a tour for my trip . Honestly if you are a solo traveler like me , and is wanting to explore Ubud , I highly recommend you Alaya Resort ! The hotel is right at the heart of ubud town ! I walked everywhere !! All the restaurants , the shops are of a walking distances from the hotel . And I felt really safe ! I even walked around late at night coming back from a karaoke bar that was walking distance from the hotel ! Alaya Resort is the best place to stay if you are heading to Ubud for vacation"

"Staff was very helpful, service was excellent from providing ice for my pickleball shoulder bruise. Special breakfast takeaway as requested as we were on an early tour and would miss breakfast plus the Dadar Gulung, my fav. The Sabana breakfast is highly recommended, esp the Dadar Gulung. We ordered a few on the checkout day, which they accomodated and packed so nicely. My husband felt like banana crepe which was not on the lunch/dinner menu & the chef accomodated the request. There are free delicious cakes available with tea & coffee in the afternoon. Free shuttle service also excellent, drop & pickup at our requests. The housekeeping kept the room clean everyday, the laundry service was great. There is a new pool area. We were gifted bracelets & 2 bottles of water as we say goodbye. We will definitely go back again. Thank you for making our stay comfortable & memorable."

"great location, great food options, massage places, bars, shopping and Ubud Palace is around the corner, which is ideal in ubud with the heavy traffic. the room was really spacious, bathroom was massive, and plenty of room for a family of four. The AC worked perfectly which is well needed in the heat in Aug. The pool was nice and quiet and great for the kids to splash about in. the staff were really helpful and attentive, the breakfast had limited options but the items that were available was well cooked. would definitely recommend this hotel, great find in the perfect location for a very reasonable price. Thank you"

"This hotel is simply relaxing in the surrounds of the Ubud forest. Peaceful and quiet you can do as much as you want or as little. This hotel is perfectly located walking distance to several great restaurants. Day trips are always challenging in Ubud due to traffic so plan togo early morning. But Ubud has it all from massages to waterfalls to ATVs and buggies it is the place to be. Highly recommend this hotel as this is the second time we have stayed here."

"Amazing staff service. Superb location, quiet street but close to Ubud center 5 minute walk. So many restaus, cafe, small stores and spas around. Pool is picturesque, took so many photos at sunrise having the pool to ourselves. Free breakfast which we asked to be delivered at poolside! Came with 30 min spa per night which can be combined to make full hour etc. The room is heavenly. Would definitely come back again."

"Front desk, staff and manager, we’re very helpful in managing and finding a solution to an issue I had and for that I am grateful. The property was gorgeous beautifully and tastefully decorated. However, you are near the monkey forest so they will be around the hotel, but they do not bother anyone unless you have eye contact with them which is not good so just keep walking. Great area as well lots of food to eat and things to do like the swing and zip line. They also have a restaurant and a bakery on premises, which is also very good. Thank you for everything."
