"Nice hotel situated on top of a classic British pub. No noise was heard from the pub. Great personal service. Wonderful freshly cooked breakfast. Simple rooms but with all you need including a tea kettle. The building is old but the hotel personnel makes up for this, friendly and attentive. "Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the...
