All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing.
The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes.
Excellent service from excellent staff.
Looking forward to staying again.

The need to have ID for every adult in the flat for "health and safety" reasons is ridiculous. The flat itself was very nice though.

"We booked last minute, for an event in leeds and it was perfect, close to where we needed to be, parking was so convenient.. staff were lovely and so helpful everything was amazing comfy beds and the shower wow 👌 Would definitely recommend"

The only downside was the layout of the room,we were told it was deluxe suite but it was small,television was not facing us, it was on the side and the plughole in the sink was not very good and water did not go down very quickly.
