"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."

"Nice place large room"

"Stop over location Really helpful staff On site parking good "

"Nice breakfast, pleasant staff and simple clean room."

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

"Wonderful expérience ! Fabulous room "

"The hotel had its good days many years ago, but still can offer spacious rooms, good breakfast choice and very good price to value ratio. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, there are no possibilities to buy groceries nearby and almost all restaurants are closed in the evening..."

"Super"

"Room is spacious."

"Zimmer sind ok.Sollte man den Wunsch verspüren mal aus dem Fenster zu schauen muss man es vorher öffnen da man sonst nicht so viel zu sehen bekommt. Bei geöffneten Fenster kann man morgens ab 5 Uhr nicht mehr schlafen wegen zunehmenden Berufsverkehr.Frühstück ist bis auf den fehlenden Obst in Ordnung"

"Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. "

"Nice."

"Warm and sympathic welcome. Simple but clean hotel. Ask for street rooms, on the back directly over the restaurant kitchens."

"Clean and working wifi Missed sunblocker on the windows"

"This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely. That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word. We had to use Google Translate for all...

"The room wasn't so spectacular. Very simple with no extras. "

"Did pay in the app. Arrived at 10pm with tirre kids. The reception told me that the amount was not paid and needed me to pay at the front desk in order to get the room key. So I needed to pay. now my bank shows 2x payment for one Night stay. One payment to Hotels.com and one to the hotel… 😡"

"A very nice hotel with great and friendly service."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und sauber. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos."

"Excellent Hotel in an old Palace. Room was very good and clean. Restaurant food and staff excellent. Hope to stay there again"
