"Great location, easy off / on interstate. Very clean, peaceful. Only issue was hot /cold water in shower was backwards and we never got hot water in the shower. Would stay again"

"Only marked this hotel down because it's currently undergoing renovations. Some floor trim missing and a few other minor things. Have to say we were pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast. The breakfast serving area was hidden behind a barn door and was quite spacious and diverse! Bed was comfortable and place was quiet. Kingsport is a spacious community. Many places to eat and coffee shops, plus a mall."

"There's a Walmart near by its walking distance but it's through traffic. Room was clean when I arrived. It is pet friendly. They don't really have that much staff but they do get the job done "
