There is no words to describe this it was dirty smelt of mould not tea or milk and only items for one person not two really noise traffic all night. The carpet was damp and when I got into bed there was long black hair on my feet. T V control didn’t work, hot water was not hot just warm, there was only one pillow each and no side tables. The furniture was old and uncomfortable and for short people. After requesting a room change this was denied we left and found a much better place to spend our time on Wellington my advice is Don’t stay here

Absolutely disgusting, I have requested a full refund. Would attach photos if possible, dirt and filth, last straw was the cockroach crawling out from behind the bed past my head. I had to get out and find new accommodation it was so gross.

Did not appreciate having to go to another property for the key. And when there, the bell for service did not work. And then I had to wait for some time for the person I rang to actually arrive.

The oven is a hazard. Does not work properly, no markings on dials and unbeknown to us the grill came on automatically when we turned the power on at the wall and almost created a fire. The pillows are about 1cm thick. I woke up with a sore neck and a headache. Had to go out and buy a pillow to avoid this the next night. Other than that, the place was clean and tidy and the free offstreet parking was great..

The unit did not look clean, everything looked run down and out of date, no internet connection or information on how to connect was provided, staff were not very welcoming on arrival

I found the overall state of the unit that I stayed in to be in poor condition and not very clean at all. The ranchslider curtains were not hanging well - possibly due to the hooks being broken or missing, the bed cover had dirty marks on several areas and was not even placed squarely on the bed. The toilet seat was broken resulting in it moving around if I was not careful how I sat. There was a horrible dirty mark on the wall behind the kettle. The benchtop in the kitchenette area looked filthy along on edge. There was a dirty mark, unknown origin, on the handbasin and the bathroom window frame was very grubby.. There were only 2 coffee sachets, no milk supplied, and only sachets of creamer and no teaspoons to stir drinks with. This unit was very overpriced for the poor overall state.

The property was fine for the price. However, certain areas could do with a spruce up. Bed was comfortable and clean, the only real downside was that the Wi-Fi wouldn't work on our last morning.

Very confusing check-in as office was unattended. Had to go to neighbouring motel to collect key. It was a warm evening and the fan in the room didn't work (it was too late to let reception know), we accidently spilt water on the carpet so put a bath towel on it to wipe it up..ewwww yuk..white towel was FILTHY from the FILTHY carpet. BUT.. the water pressure in the shower was great and the bed was comfortable.

I arrived very late (0200am) and I had to walk to the other side of the lodge to get the room key at that time🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️💔💔💔. It’s not good for first timers. Scary as hell. They should find ways to keep keys within property for clients. PLEASE.. Found the room not cleaned. They did clean the next day and didn’t bother cleaning again for the next 2 days I stayed there. They should have wifi passwords in the rooms. I had to wait for the following day to get the password to let my family know I was safe. I believe the place has a lot of potential

Cut out square in carpet, carpet sticky. You had no reception area had to go to next hotel. Only 2 plates and 1 bowl, no teaspoons, and 1 only use once milk!! Would not stay again.

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. We arrived and our room was flooded, there was water literally POURING from the roof. They gave us another one, which had no plates or bowls, no microwave, the freakin toilet didn’t even flush. The wifi didn’t work, the TV didn’t work. The room smelt musty and gross. We didn’t even want to stay but after a long day of traveling we needed rest. We were up and left by 7.30am because nobody wanted to be there. The owners weren’t helpful or at all concerned when we complained. Do not stay here unless you want to be disappointed!!

we were shocked with the place. Its used to house social welfare emergency housing people. The room was very run down, there was burn marks in the bedding and no on site manager you need to book in at another motel down the road that is run by the same people and also used as emergency housing. There was no way i felt safe having my wife and son there. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
