"Decent hotel and a short walk to the Piers and Chinatown.Also close by to the BART rail system to and from the airport.Room was clean with basic amenities such as coffee & tea making facilities,fridge and a safe.bathroom/shower was ok size too. The staff on the front desk were ok when I checked in,but upon checking out,no questions were asked about how my stay was or anything,they just took the key card and said I was 'all done'. My room was directly opposite the gym,so could hear people coming and going all day plus at times music being played in the gym.view from the room was a little disappointing too,but I was out exploring most of the time so it didnt matter too much.There was also some building work being done on the entrance whilst I was staying here.On the whole,I would stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel with large comfortable rooms. The housekeeping was outstanding - the room was immaculate every day. Rest of the staff was exceptional - very quick to offer assistance. Location was very good depending on what you’re in town for, but it was close to restaurants and shopping (like Union Square). We didn’t use the restaurant or bar at the hotel but they looked great. Outstanding hotel all around!"

"Rm s small. With minimum necessities. Comfortable but not excessive. Desk, chair, beds w nightstand in between in 2 tweens br rm. Good shower w good water flow. Has elevator. Place needs good dusting. However the location is great. Walking distance to many tourist locations. Great staff. Coffee station in am only and tea hot water all time. No brkfst. No other amenities. Enjoyed my stay. I m a person with minimum basic needs."
