Great customer service. Felt very welcomed and taken care of whilst staying at the hotel. There was a little bit of street noise at night which is to be expected, but it wasn’t to the point that prevented falling asleep, great location, and very central.

Location is perfect! Most everything you want to see is a few minutes walk or train ride away. Not many amenities are available if you plan to spend extended periods of time in the hotel, and it can get a bit noisy at night, but a great home base for all your city adventures. I really enjoyed my stay at Grant Plaza Hotel. Built in the 1920s, the hotel has a unique charm and rich history that adds to the experience. The rooms are a bit small, and the online photos make them seem a little larger and more modern than they are, but everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were a little firm for my liking, but the outstanding staff more than made up for it. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. For the price, it’s a great value, and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for anyone wanting to visit Chinatown. Well maintained older building. Staff is great with helpful information about local eats and more modest local eateries.
