Staff is excellent and helpful. The bed are the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The rooftop bar is nice but expensive. The hotel is not in the best part of town, so not really walkable to restaurants etc.

The security guards were probably my favorite part of my stay. They were so informative and friendly, as a solo traveler, I was to relieved to get the confidence from their assistance to go explore around the area. Very beautiful hotel, all the workers are so nice. Worth the price imo.

Great stay overall. The hotel has a stylish, modern feel and everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and quiet with an excellent bed, and the location is perfect for the theater district and exploring downtown San Francisco. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a nice bonus with a fun atmosphere and great city views. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent. It is just a few minutes walk away from the Powell Bart station. The area can be a little dangerous at times but security measures at the building makes me feel safe. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Bedroom was clean, AC kept going off during the middle of the night, staff/security were really friendly and accommodating. The area was horrible, we experienced someone getting murdered across the street from the hotel around 3:30am, not what I was expecting during my birthday weekend.

The staff was great! Shout-out to Aaron at the front desk who helped us check in. Rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. Location was great, plenty of restaurants and shops around to explore. Valet parking was nice as well, finding parking is always such a chore so having parking available thru the hotel is a major plus! Overall great stay and experience. We will definitely come back in the future!
