    Entering this picturesque cottage, the welcoming porch leads through to a delightful lounge. With a roaring wood burner and comfortable seating, this is a lovely space for everyone to curl up in the evenings and watch a movie on the Smart TV. The ground floor also has an airy dining room, and a light, fully equipped kitchen. Heading upstairs, there’s a refreshing family bathroom and two chic, cosy bedrooms: a sweet twin and a beautifully decorated super-king-size room with a Smart TV. Stepping outside, the generous garden looks out over the surrounding hills and woodlands, and has a large enclosed lawn with plenty of space for pets and children to play, as well as a covered well and a patio perfect for enjoying a spot of al fresco dining.

    The property lies along a farm track surrounded by the fields of the Holkham Estate. The elegant Palladian-style Holkham Hall lies at the heart of the estate, surrounded by 25,000 acres of parkland and woodland, perfect for walkers, nature lovers and cyclists to explore. Heading to the coast, Holkham Beach and the charming coastal village of Wells next the Sea are less than 5 miles away. Also nearby are Binham Priory, Hindringham Hall Gardens and the ruins of Creake Abbey, all within 11 miles.
