Excellent west London location, being only a two minute walk from the tube, making a great launching point for exploring the London sights and attractions. "Property is a true diamond in the rough. Excellent location. Once you learn the bus / underground and train system, all 3 are close by.It is a true artist studio, bare minimum. The host was more than accommodating once issues were raised.We wish them the very best."

"Listing was not accurate and there was no dryer or heat in the home. Listing photos were amazing, but place was more run down than photos suggested. Stains, damaged cookware, uncomfortable beds, and terrifying stairs up to the bathroom and beds. This could be a good listing with some TLC so I'm hoping that happens."

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. "Communication from the owners was poor right up until the day of check in. I made contact a few days before we were due to stay, to understand the process of check in. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place.
