"Comfortable and clean apartment. Owner was on site when we arrived and provided suggestions for dining and activities. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and access to Acadia National Park is excellent. We stopped in Bar Harbor one day. What a zoo! Much prefer the quietness of Southwest Harbor. "

"The home was like staying at grandma’s house, complete with dust bunnies and spider webs. It’s a cute home in a great location to explore Acadia. We watched deer from the porch. It was a fantastic stay in that regard. RedAwning … a different story. They got our check in date wrong, so we could not get into the property until almost midnight. At one point they said go find other lodging… ummm, it’s not a city. Other lodging isn’t an option. Our our refrigerated groceries ruined. They were an absolute nightmare to work with to solve the problem that night, and they failed to show kindness or professionalism during any of our contact. I imagine they are responsible for the cleaning of the property and they have let the owners and the guests down. I had to scrub the kitchen down before we could use it. In my experience, it is a terrible management company. I suggest you avoid them. "

"Fantastic home and location! We weee able to get around Acadia both to Bar Harbor and the Quiet side very easily.Well stocked kitchen, great towels, and awesome water pressure. The loft/nook was a great space and both bedrooms fit our friend reunion of 4 people perfectly. Would highly recommend and would stay again."
