"Big, comfortable room. Slept well on queen bed. Setting is pretty. Coffee and breakfast were good, served at 7. Cleaning and office were very good and hospitable. Would stay again for the value"

Private Oceanfront access - Surrounded by Acadia National Park - Amazing Views!!
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The location of this property, the view, the cleanliness and the communication process were perfect - absolutely no complaints! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed including beach towels, tupperware for packing a picnic, plenty of towels and a nice selection of dishes, kitchenware, cups, etc. All of my messages, questions were returned promptly and the check-in and check-out process with smooth. The location was perfect-it was quieter than staying in Bar Harbor, but still close and convenient to everything. We also enjoyed walking down to the dock that was close to the home and enjoying the view!I can't say enough good things, we were sad to leave, highly recommend! Photo is the sunrise from the house! "
" Beautiful home, very spacious. Plenty of bathrooms for all of us to get ready. Kitchen well stocked for cooking for large group. Indoor and outdoor table large enough for entire group. Excellent communication from host, very quick and responsive. Check in and check out easy. Very few check out request. The one thing that was not wonderful is that only 2 bedrooms had air conditioning. Probably not a huge deal for most of the year but a few nights were miserable for the folks staying in those rooms in July (there were plenty of fans). The 2nd bedroom downstairs had doors made of glass so we did have to throw a blanket on them to provide privacy also. Overall a great house, everything else excellent!"
Three-story dog-friendly retreat with a washer/dryer & furnished deck
6/10 Okay
"House was clean and lawn was mowed. Those are the positives.Landscaping is untended and overgrown everywhere. Entrance to the house is through the garage which is still half filled with trash. Hot tub abandoned, gas fireplace disconnected. Pool is gone and the deck has a slapped together fence where the pool used to be. It is clear that the owners/management company did as little as possible to turn this from a home to a rental, left a bunch of random stuff in the garage and basement and called it a day. If you're sleeping here and nothing else it's fine. Otherwise I'm sure you can do better. my family won't use this house or Vacasa again if we can help it."
