" None of it was a good experience at this resort. The staff at the front desk were rude. I called in earlier that day we were checking in to see if we can check in early to get ready for our event we drove from Texas to attend. We got to the front desk to check in an @ 3:40, 20 minutes early, and they said sorry, your room is not ready yet. It took quite a while, (30 minutes to get to our room, golf cart, shuttle, then climb a bunch of stairs to get up to our room with our luggage. Not convenient at all. I will not stay here again or recommend this resort to anyone! "

"The hotel was OK for what it is. Two things really are going for this property is the buffet breakfast and the pool area. The pool is heated and the pancake/sausage/egg/toast/muffin/fruit/potatoes breakfast is just what you need for a parkday, before and after. The things that brought this hotels rating down for me was the cleanliness. Our room seemed fine except for the bathroom. It almost seems like the bathroom got skipped for our room before we checked in. The towels had some sort of yellow crust on them(towel/hand towel/washrag set up) and the toilet had some excrement on the outside that could easily be seen. We checked in late, so we exchanged the towels and my husband wiped it, but gross. Outside of the excrement(again gross), the hotel could use some updating and minor repairs like having a quicker function AC to more efficiently cool down the room(it took forever to get to 72 at night) and fixing door handles(the one for our bathroom fell off)."

"We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. Staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was very clean and housekeeping was very good. Parking was comfortable. Would recommend and would stat again."

"The front desk woman was super sweet and kind, however their shuttle to and from an event a lot of guests including myself went to was completely unorganized. I don’t blame the staff themselves but it was upsetting how long the wait back to the hotel was. And the room wasn’t the cleanest. There was a red stain on the carpet"
