"The floor was dirty made our feet black and we had an infant who crawled. We were told someone was to come by to clean the floors and no one did. We did not have a trash can in the kitchen, one was brought. The rest of the place was also not very clean. Living room a/c was very loud. For the price I expected more it was not luxury rentals."

"House was in a beautiful location right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Owners were very nice, communicated well and tried to accommodate. Washer and dryer were broken so we couldn’t do laundry. House was a bit musty and not as clean as we’d hoped. Especially after paying an $850 cleaning fee. "The property and its location was great it was exactly as advertised. The property manager was really good to communicate with and allowed us to check in early meaning no one was there prior to our stay. Only thing that I thought was ridiculous is they have a nice on site parking spot behind the unit but they charge you $20 a day for it meanwhile the city parking lot next to the unit was $10 a day. "I strongly believe you get what you pay for, but this spot doesn’t quite fit that picture (in a good way). Our room was well under the going rate for a weekend stay & I’ve slept comfortably. I’m happy to say, for such a low price, I left without any strange bites or rashes. That is what I was most worried about. No, parking is not included. Yes, the WiFi is a bit sketchy. Yes, the hot water worked just fine. Staff was chipper and friendly. It’s a big hotel, so be aware of the crowds! The elevators move slowly up and down the 24 floors. So plan accordingly. Other than that, great time and great stay."
