On behalf of Snowden, LLC, I want to recognize the industry manager at this property center—the man leading the entire operation. He operates on a completely different level. When I say above and beyond, I mean that in every sense. From day one, he’s had our business—not because he asked for it, but because he earned it through consistency, respect, and real leadership. You can feel it the moment you walk in. His entire team moves with purpose, like a championship squad. It honestly reminds me of those old-school Chicago Bulls and Lakers teams under Phil Jackson—everyone in sync, everyone playing their role, and the leader setting the tone without needing to say much. That kind of leadership is rare. He doesn’t just run a business—he builds relationships. And because of that, Snowden, LLC will continue to bring business here without hesitation. Respect to him and his entire team. This is how it’s supposed to be done."

"They advertise a restaurant on site with bar but its not open. When we checked in they gave us a breakfast menu with various different made to order breakfasts. But then sat. morning we walk in and the lady says its a buffet breakfast, i ask if i pay her and she says later. It was scrambled eggs, sausage, you know the usual but then there was some other stuff. I asked my wife what it was and she said some kind of asian soup. It all tasted bland. The " orange juice" was tang. Then we get done and the lady runs up and tells us its $15 each, which was odd since the prices on the menu we got the highest plate was $15.95 for made to order. I then asked if the restaurant and bar would be open for dinner as we would be back that evening and she told us no that it was closed permanently. My question is why do they advertise it if its not open? Very disappointed. "

"Front reception were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were spacious. Downside was coffee/food not available after 9am I believe? Doesn’t help for anyone who has a late night out or prefers to sleep in on vacation. Gym is very small but appreciate the water refill station in there, super cold water (: "
