"Quirky interior in a lovely old pub. It was curry night whilst we were there and we experienced a lovely three course meal for £20- unusual, very tasty and excellent value- would definitely recommend."

"Beautiful location, lovely village and park across the road. Very safe for children to walk around the village. Though mine just stayed in the park. The staff at this hotel are very well mannered, attentive and successful in what they do regardless of obvious pressures. A bit disappointed there wasn't any danishes available before breakfast had finished at the early time of 930am. Plenty of cereals, toast and jams with plenty of coffee that you can takeaway"

"Staff always excellent and great service by everyone. Stayed here 3 times in last 2 months and 1 more to go in September and no problems at all. Room good size and has mini fridge, complimentary waters, iron & ironing board , sky TV and free car parking as standard which are pluses."
