"A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed"
"This is definitely a one night spot for me. Access to public transportation was great and convenient food choices near by. But there’s a lot of homeless, druggies and SW in the area. The staff wasn’t unfriendly but definitely didn’t give super welcoming. The bathroom was gross so we didn’t use the shower. Bed was hard as a rock. Overall I would come back for one night in needed but wouldn’t feel comfortable to stay longer than that."

"Cool vibe to the hotel. Staff was very helpful. I wish the extra fees were more clearly stated on the Hotels.com website though. $25/night parking fee and an extra “facility fee” of about another $25 nightly. "
Gorgeous Huge 6-8BR Heart of Seattle—One Block from Lake
10/10 Excellent
"Big beautiful house, recently remodeled and very well done. The location is second to none- short walk to lake including swimming areas, boat rental, huge playground, kiddie wading pool, walk/run path, and community center with indoor pool. Also a library in a lovely historic building, cafes/coffee shops/restaurants, and a grocery store all close by. Parking is tight and we tried to be good neighbors by parking just one car at the house and spread others in surrounding blocks. Most of the bedrooms have AC units as does the game room on the top floor, which is unusual in Seattle and so lovely on hot days. The main floor living area/dining/kitchen did get hot but closing all drapes against the sun helps. We had a few minor issues/questions during our stay and the owners were super responsive, addressing by next day. Before booking make sure you understand the rental options. The main house is the basic rental and includes 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 4 on the second floor. There are three optional spaces, and you'll want to communicate clearly with the owners about which spaces you do/don't need: 1. on the third floor there is a games room with a big TV and couch, legos and other toys. Was great for the kids/teens in our group. 2. The billiards hall is a renovated garage space up some stairs in the back yard with a pool table and bar stools. We didn't use it as much but it was super cute. 3. The downstairs apartment has 2 additional bedrooms- we didn't rent this space. "
"It was a nice, clean and quiet place walking distance to Green Lake, Whole Foods, and restaurants. The only thing was there was no parking dedicated so we had to park on the street which was sometimes inconvenient, as it was not easy to find. Overall, very satisfied with our stay."
"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "
"awesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you don’t feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. "
