8.6/10 Excellent! (130 reviews)
I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests. You’ll find that walk in enquiries paying cash appear to now have priority!

"Great place to stay, central and easy to walj to local amenities and the ferry dock. The breakfast service was great with greay staff. Late dinner choices were very limited for if you are vegan. However there are pleanty of local resturants with these choices."
