Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

8.4/10 Very good! (2,006 reviews)
I really enjoyed my room and having a small kitchenette. The room was on the ground floor and at the back, but was actually above ground level, and was walled off - I had no concerns about safety. Very clean and quiet. Really great location near the Earl's Court Tube Station, with lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I felt safe walking in the area. Even though it was October, I did use the air conditioning at night as I found it a bit warm - it was very easy and worked beautifully. Really enjoyed my stay.

"Checked in at 10pm laundry bin in the middle of the floor with duvets. Came back at 12 and it was still there. Assumed it was clean bedding so we went to put them on the beds and found that they were soiled laundry and had wet dirty towels in with them. No pillows. Went to speak to reception and ..."
