"Hotel is older and breakfast is very basic. However, Staff is beyond wonderful. The gym is also very good for a hotel. Back to the staff, they were super helpful, polite, gracious, and went out of their way for guests. We will be back. "

"The hotel was fully booked and not near enough parking. I was disappointed in the breakfast. It was small and not much of a selection and it closed by 9am so we missed it one morning. The neighborhood was not the best and at night there were homeless people walking around near. I had my teen daughter with me as well. The price for 2 nights was very reasonable and the staff was pleasant. "

"Over all stay was fine. We just needed a place to lay our heads. We had trouble with tv remote not working when we arrived. The elevator was a little scary and rough. Rom was nice and clean and bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast I would skip. Coffee was weak and like warm and the scrambled "eggs" that were just brought out were ice cold and that's not an exaggeration. The sausage was under cooked. Everyone else seem to enjoy their waffles and bagels but that's strictly observation since unable to eat. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating. "

"Traveling with my daughter & grandson. The Staff (Cristian) was very accommodating! We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early with no problems at all. Room was nice and bed were comfy. A few little things could be improved like the drawers kept opening on their own and the privacy window for the work desk shaked and was noisy every time you walked by it. But we were sooo exhausted & jetlagged it didn't really matter to mention & try to get a different room. The pool was nice and clean with towels provided as well. Breakfast was good. Dining area was clean & spacious. It was nice they had a bar/lounge area but we didn't take advantage due to time only staying for one night. Very pleased with our stay and would stay here again. "

"The room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed, i have reminded the front desk to clean it the second day that we are there to give them idea that the room was not cleaned but it was still not cleaned when we got there the afternoon. I called them and all they can do is to remove thrash, i got three kids and they can be messy. I told them maybe just a vacuum of the caroet but they said the cleaners left already. They did offer points but i dont think i will stay there again. The staff seems like they hate to be working there. The breakfast is free but i doubt its not part of the payment and its not about the options that was given to us but it seems like they control the food and will give a few bacons or sausage until they will refill a few again on the dining room. It is always empty and we feel like we should be grateful on the food being provided. Its a horrible experience, we went there for a vacation and not just a place where we stay for a night. Indont recommend this place for families"

"The pool was very cold and smaller than what it shows, along with the trees in the backyard wasn't as green as seen. The host was polite and the property was nice it was just sooo hot, we put fans on in every room and we came back that night and it was still hot. "
